Items for auction will be accepted up until the start of the event.  The dinner gets underway at 6:00 at the Rupe Center in Carrollton. Cost is $9 for adults and $5 for children ages nine and younger.  More information can be found by contact Smith at (660) 815-1509.

All proceeds will be used to pay the medical expenses of Chuck Ward, who was badly injured about two weeks ago.  He was tending a brush pile at his home.  He was taken to KU Medical Center for his wounds.  Ward has a wife and 9-year-old daughter.

Those interested in contributing to Ward’s medical expenses may also donate to a trust set up at Carroll County Trust Company.  More information can be found by calling (660) 542-2050.
