A reward is being offered for information related to the deaths of a mother and son whose bodies were found in a burned-out home in Pettis County on Monday.  The remains of Barbara, 56, and Jeremiah Hudson, 26, were discovered in a house on Morton Road in Green Ridge.  Their deaths have been ruled a homicide and the Missouri Rural Major Case Squad is assisting in the investigation.

Crime Stoppers and the Pettis County Sheriff’s Office announced Thursday morning that a $1,000 reward is being offered for information leading to the arrest of the person or people involved in the alleged crime.  Anyone with information should contact the Crime Stoppers TIPS Hotline at (660) 827-TIPS (8477) or Text-A-Tip at (660) 281-6501.  Callers remain anonymous.
