Jenny Dean-Batson

Green Hills Community Action Agency (GHCAA) wants you to join them for the 5th Annual Green Hills Women’s Expo, which has been scheduled for November 8th, 2014, from 9am – 2pm. The event will again take place in the Trenton High School gym and common areas. They invite you to join them for the day or participate as a vendor at their 5th Annual GHCAA Woman’s Expo.  With over 45 vendor booths, including multiple food vendors.  In addition to some great shopping, other plans for the day include photos with Santa and scheduled appearances from the Super Stars Dance Studio and the Bethany Dance Studio.  Additional activities are said to be announced as plans are finalized.

Booth spaces are being made available inside the Trenton High School gymnasium/common areas and a vendor application with additional details can be found at the following link.

Application and Flyer for the Event

GHCAA are currently seeking artisans, crafters, vendors, non-profit groups, or other businesses interested in booth space for this event.  Booths start at only $40 for a 10×10 space, and $80 for a 10×20, electricity will be available in certain spaces and this is an indoor event (unless you specifically request to set up outside).

Alternately, if your business is not interested in taking out booth space at this time, they ask you to please consider becoming an event sponsor. Sponsors are invited to hang a banner in the gymnasium advertising their business, products, or services. Each event sponsor will also be mentioned frequently in the Expo advertising materials and during the course of the event. Banner sponsorships are only $25 – want a high visibility, low cost advertising solution that will be visible to hundreds of women from the Green Hills area? This is a great opportunity!

To make it easy to pay for your space/sponsorship this year, they added a PayPal button on their events page.  You can select your booth size or banner sponsorship level from the drop down menu, and hit “Pay Now”, you will then be taken through the PayPal check out process.  In addition to submitting your payment via PayPal, please complete and submit an application for the Expo.

At the heart of this event is also a very worthy fundraising cause. Your booth fees will go to help the Women’s Health Services program operated by Green Hills Community Action Agency. This program provides low-cost health care options to thousands of women in the area, including services such as reproductive care, cancer screenings, treatment of infections, availability of contraceptives, and educational materials.

“Last year’s Expo was very well received,” Jenny Dean-Batson the Community Action Agency Women’s Health Director says “we expect this year’s event to only be better! We truly hope you can join us!”
