COOPER COUNTY, Mo. – A counsel status hearing was scheduled at the arraignment Wednesday, of a Boonville teen charged in Cooper County.
Cameron I. Comstock, 18, entered not guilty pleas to two counts of felony possession of a controlled substance, felony harassment in the first degree and misdemeanor counts of possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Comstock was charged after a man complained that Comstock, who was 17 at the time, brandished a gun and threatened to shoot the victim in March of this year.
The counsel status hearing will convene at 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday, October 2nd.
