HOWARD COUNTY, Mo. – A Friday morning trial for Harley Branham, 22, of Fayette, has been cancelled by agreement from both sides of the case.
The trial is to determine if bullying by Branham, contributed to the self inflicted death of Kenneth Suttner, 17, in December of 2016. A Coroner’s Inquest in Howard County, cast blame on Branham and a lack of response to bullying by the Glasgow School District, as the cause for his suicide. Branham is charged with felony Aggravated Stalking, two misdemeanor counts of Assault in the third degree and two counts of Harassment of a Person Under 17 years of age.
A new trial date has not yet been set.
