JOHNSON COUNTY, Mo. – A Warrensburg man waived his preliminary hearing in a Johnson County burglary case Wednesday afternoon.
Court documents say Jason Boyd Vacek, 42, has been bound over to circuit court and will be arraigned at 9:00 a.m. on Wednesday, September 5th. Vacek was arrested after Warrensburg Police saw him driving a Parks and Recreation pickup he stole during a burglary in July. Vacek has been linked to four burglaries in the Warrensburg area.
He is charged with four counts of second degree burglary, stealing over $750.00 and stealing a motor vehicle.
