MOBERLY, Mo. – A disturbance in Moberly resulted in the arrest of an out of state fugitive from Arizona.

The police department and Randolph County deputies responded to a report of an assault in the 1200 block of North Morley Street around 2:00 a.m. Saturday morning, according to a news release. As officers arrived on scene, a white male subject was seen running from the residence. When the man was found a short time later, it was discovered that he had an active aggravated assault warrant from Arizona.

Daniel Lester Jones is charged as a felony fugitive from out of state with bond set at $10,000 cash only.
