LIVINGSTON COUNTY, Mo—The Chillicothe Police Department arrest two women following a tip to their location.
At approximately 4:50 p.m. Oct. 6 officers were dispatched to a business in the one-thousand block of Graves Street in Chillicothe. The tip suggest that Charity Massey was present at the location and had two active felony warrants for her arrest. Officers arrived and arrested C. Massey on a warrant for failure to appear, a probation or parole warrant, and two counts of possession of a controlled substance. Her bond is set at $40,000. Additionally, Chillicothe Police arrested Julie Massey for alleged possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia her bond is $25,000. J. Massey and C. Massey were transported to the Daviess-DeKalb Regional Jail. Both will appear before a judge at 9 a.m. Oct. 16 to have their preliminary hearings scheduled.
