RANDOLPH COUNTY, Mo. — Bond reduction was denied Monday at an arraignment for a man accused of rape in Randolph County.
The court cited a threat to community in denying 25-year-old Clayton S. McKenzie bond reduction on a charge of second degree statutory rape.
A probable cause statement claims McKenzie molested a juvenile in March of this year.
Bond will remain at $25,000 cash or surety and a setting preliminary hearing is scheduled for July 1.
