SHELBY COUNTY, Mo. – A bond reduction hearing is scheduled this morning, for a man charged with child sex crimes in Shelby County.

The motion for bond reduction on Loren Paul Wallace, 36, of Clarence, will begin at 10:00 a.m. in the morning. Wallace is charged with first degree sodomy or attempted sodomy and child molestation in the first degree. Investigators became aware of the incident when a parent heard a child telling her friends that she was molested in 2014, when she was 12 years old.

Bond is currently set at $50,000 cash.
