ADAIR COUNTY, Mo. — Three people were injured in an Adair County crash Friday morning. According to a Missouri State Highway Patrol report, a Buick Regal,  driven by Quincy, Illinois resident, Larry W. Steffen, 60, was driving on Highway 6, two miles west of Brashear, when he lost control of his vehicle on a snow covered roadway and travelled into the path of a Ford Focus, driven by Mexico, Missouri resident Travis L. Anderson, 30, and the vehicles hit head-on. Both drivers were seriously injured. Steffen was transported by Adair County Ambulance to University Hospital in Columbia. The crash occurred around 6:50 a.m. Friday. Anderson was transported by Adair County Ambulance to Northeast Regional Hospital. Steffen’s passenger, William L. Reynolds, 66, received minor injuries and was transported by Adair County Ambulance to Northeast Regional Hospital.
