Authorities with the Marshall Police Department have wrapped up their investigation into a report of stealing.

Prosecutors filed theft/stealing charges against a pair of Marshall residents Monday.

As part of their investigation, police conducted a search of a home in the 300 block of South Jefferson Street Wednesday.

During that search, authorities found an unknown amount of methamphetamine, marijuana, and drug paraphernalia, according to court documents.

Michael Arnold, 30, was originally arrested for possession of a controlled substance and possession with the intent to distribute.  He’s now facing charges of theft/stealing.

Osceola Herron, 33, has also been charged in connection to the case.

A third person, Lindsey Gibson, 24, was charged Thursday with possession of a controlled substance.  Police do not believe she was involved in the theft/stealing.
