A number of felony cases will be heard by judges in Livingston and Lafayette Counties Monday. The case against a Higginsville resident charged with attempting to produce or manufacture a controlled substance continues at 9:00 a.m. Nathanial Schlup, 29, was arrested last month.
A Waverly man also has a hearing Monday morning. Joshua Gilpin, 29, will go before a judge on charges of burglary and tampering with a motor vehicle. He was released in October after posting the $15,000 bond.
A Carrollton teen accused of first-degree burglary, unlawful use of a weapon, and third-degree domestic assault is scheduled to appear in a Lafayette County courtroom Monday afternoon at 1:15 p.m Joshua Fizer, 18, was arrested in early September.
In Livingston County, Darnell Walker, 20, Dusty Taylor, 23, and Jesse Perez, 30, are due back in court. Walker was charged with theft after police say they found a portable methamphetamine lab inside a vehicle during a traffic stop.
Taylor was arrested at a Chillicothe motel in July. He was later charged with manufacturing a controlled substance.
Perez has been charged with second degree burglary, theft, and property damage. All three hearings in Livingston County start at 9:00 a.m.
