The University of Missouri Bradford Research Center in Columbia will host an Agriculture Technology Fair on Thursday. Click to hear KMZU’s Kristie Cross speak with Superintendent Tim Reinbott:
Reinbott explained this is the first event of its kind at their facility. “This really grew out of the need to get everybody on the same page on what’s new in the technology in the agriculture market,” said Reinbott,” So, we’ve got four different sessions that go everywhere from technology use in planting to sensors for fertilizer treatments to also the use of drones.”
There is a $25 fee to attend the event that is scheduled from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the Bradford Research Center located at 4968 Rangeline Road in Columbia. Those planning to attend are encouraged to RSVP with Thresa Chism at 573-884-7945.
