HARRISON COUNTY, Mo. – A Coffey resident is facing several allegations after an ATV accident in Harrison County Saturday evening.

The crash report from the Missouri Highway Patrol says Bradley Myers, 48, was eastbound in the westbound lane of Route MM when his ATV overturned at County Road 300 Lane. The ATV came to rest on top of Myers, causing moderate injuries. Myers was transported by ambulance to Harrison County Community Hospital for treatment.

The report alleges Myers was driving while intoxicated, drove in a careless manner and failed to drive on the right half of roadway.
