A drunk driving arrest in Bates County Saturday afternoon, has become a larger problem for a Harrisonville driver. According to the Highway Patrol, after Curtis W. Leiber, 31, was stopped for driving while intoxicated, he was alleged to have been in misdemeanor possession on marijuana and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia. The worst of the matter is, Leiber is also being charged with three counts of endangering the welfare of a child. He was transported to the Bates Count Jail on a 12 hour detox.
