A one vehicle crash in Boone County injured a Moberly man Sunday morning just after midnight.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports Travis Hill, 23, was driving northbound on Highway 63 when he lost control in a curve. The vehicle eventually traveled off the right side of the roadway and struck a guardrail. Hill was not wearing a seat belt and was partially ejected.

He was transported to University Hospital with serious injuries.

Following the investigation, Hill was charged with alleged DWI, a lane violation and no belt.

He was released to the care of the hospital.
