CONCORDIA, Mo – A meeting of the Concordia Board of Aldermen December 19, 2016, will take up old business in the form of renewed discussions of city yard waste collection.
Kevin Thieman returns to continue the presentation of a Land Use agreement with the city. A pre-drafted ordinance will be reviewed by Aldermen.
A discussion will also resume contemplating a voting issue for the April ballot to establish a fuel tax of one cent per gallon to be paid by gas stations.
Concordia will also be adding a new police officer who will take an oath at the meeting.
The meeting is 7 p.m. in the Community Building.
