BATES COUNTY, Mo. – A suspect is in custody in Kansas, after a bank robbery reported in Bates County Friday morning.
The Bates County Sheriff’s Office was given a description of the man who held up the bank of Hume around 10:00 a.m. Friday morning. The Rich Hill Police Department, Missouri Highway Patrol and FBI were asked to assist with the investigation.
