A Richmond man, Robert Aliff, 40, was allegedly driving while intoxicated when he crossed over into oncoming traffic and collided with another vehicle in 2011. Aliff’s passenger, Bruce Sodders, 59, was killed in the crash. Aliff is charged with involuntary manslaughter, driving while intoxicated, careless and imprudent driving, and driving while revoked. His lawyers filed a motion for bond reduction in December which was denied in December. Aliff will appear in Ray Co. Circuit Court Tuesday afternoon for a hearing at 2:30.
