The Rural Missouri ALS Support Group is having the, “Walk to D’feet ALS” to honor those in the Richmond area that have passed away with the disease.

Johnson says, “This disease has hit him close to home and that is why he wanted to become more involved.”

The event kicks off Saturday morning at the Richmond High School Football Field.

Registration starts at 9 a.m. with the walk starting at 10 a.m.
