DAVIESS COUNTY, Mo. — Two brothers face multiple sexual felonies in Daviess County. According to a probable cause statement, Alfred N. Yoder, 22, and Enos R. Yoder, 22, allegedly performed multiple sexual acts on two minors on multiple occasions.

The alleged crimes took place between 2014 and 2018. During a forensic interview, the victims told officials of the specifics of the abuse that occurred over the course of multiple years.

One of the victims said the last incident of sexual contact with Alfred took place in the fall of 2017 after Alfred left the Amish community. The last incident involving Enos allegedly took place in March 2018.

During an interview in December, Enod admitted to the crimes he was accused of. The probable cause statement stated an interview with Alfred could not be completed because he resides in Iowa but his current whereabouts are not known.

The victims also made similar allegations towards a third man, who confessed to the actions alleged by the victims, who was not named in the court records.

Both men are charged with rape in the second degree, statutory rape in the first degree, sexual misconduct in the first degree and other child-sex related charges. Bond for both brothers was set at $85,000, cash only.

Court dates have not been scheduled.
