RAY COUNTY, Mo. — Missouri Highway Patrol arrested an Orrick resident with two warrants this morning in Ray County.
According to a Missouri Highway Patrol arrest report, Ray J. Brooks, 23, had a felony Ray County warrant for drugs and misdemeanor warrant out of Excelsior Springs for contempt of court. Brooks was also charged with no valid license plates, no seat belt, possession of less than 35 grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
He is bondable at the Ray County Jail.
