COOPER COUNTY, Mo. — Two woman from Arizona are in custody for drug allegations made after a traffic stop in Cooper County Wednesday night.
According to the Missouri Highway Patrol arrest report, 49-year-old Tracy L. Beaston, of Phoenix was taken into custody around 9:18 p.m. Wednesday for operating a vehicle without a valid operator’s license.
Pursuant to her arrest, a search revealed a substance believed to be methamphetamine as well as less than 10 grams of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
Beaston and her passenger, 33-year-old Starla R. Van Lanker, also of Phoenix remain on 24-hour holds as they await formal charges in Cooper County.
