Arraignment dates have been set for three men.
According to court documents, Jesse Perez, 30, of Chillicothe was arrested in July for felony second degree burglary, theft and first degree property damage. Subpoenas to members of the Chillicothe Police Department have been issued in the case. Perez will next be in court on November Seventh. He is currently being held in the Livingston County Jail on a $7,500 bond.
In Linn County, Christian Zumbrunnen, 48, of Brookfield will be arraigned on the 14th of next month. He faces one count of second degree burglary and seventeen counts of felony theft dating back to July of 2010. He has pleaded not guilty to the charges.
In Saline County, James Smith, 30, of Sedalia is being held on a $50,000 bond for first degree burglary and six counts of stealing. A grand jury indictment has been filed against Smith and he will next appear in court on October 24th.
