LINN COUNTY, Mo. – The arraignment of a man accused of forcing his way into a womans residence in Linn County was delayed until today.
Ronald E. Lemmond, 30, of Marceline was to be arraigned Tuesday for a felony count of first degree burglary, misdemeanor violation of an order of protection and two counts of misdemeanor resisting arrest. Police say Lemmond violated the exparte on June 19 and fled on foot when officers tried to make an arrest.
Arraignment is reset for 1:00 p.m. this afternoon.
