HOWARD COUNTY, Mo. — A man who was arrested and charged Friday is schedule to appear in court tomorrow.
Corey E. Minnis, 28, of Glasgow, was charged Friday with felony burglary in the first degree, felony property damage in the first degree and a misdemeanor charge of theft or stealing of property or services less than $500.
According to a probable cause statement states Minnis kicked in the side door of an apartment and acted like he was going to hit the resident, Kathrynn Gaines. She ran to her neighbors to call police. When Minnis drove away Gaines went back over to find her phone had been taken. An infant was in the apartment at the time of robbery but was unharmed.
An arraignment is schedule for 9:00 a.m. Tuesday, November 22.
