RANDOLPH COUNTY, Mo. — A Moberly man has an arraignment scheduled Wednesday for two charges out of Randolph County.

According to court documents, 33-year-old Nicholas L. Shelby burglarized a lake side home August 16. Police arrived to find Shelby under gun point by the residents of the home.

One resident stated Shelby took and stacked items in numerous places throughout the residence. Food and alcohol were also consumed, according to the resident.

He faces formal felony charges of burglary and stealing $750 or more. He is currently in custody at the Randolph County Jail.

Arraignment is set for 1 p.m.
