HENRY COUNTY, Mo. – A Windsor man will be arraigned in the Henry County Circuit Court this (Fri) morning on felony drug and weapons charges.
Travis F. Hankins, 32, was charged along with Robert Summers, 34, after a traffic stop by a Henry County deputy in March of 2017.
