RAY COUNTY, Mo. – A Richmond resident remains in custody after being arrested by the Missouri Highway Patrol Wednesday afternoon.
The arrest report states Rocky G. Vannatten, 29, was arrested around 5:00 yesterday. Vannatten has a felony warrant out of Jackson County and three misdemeanor warrants out of Richmond. During his arrest, the patrol alleges Vannatten was in possession of a controlled substance and tampered with physical evidence.
Vannatten is on a 24 hour hold in Ray County, pending filing of new charges.
