Buchanan County Prosecutor, Dwight Scroggins Jr. has applied for second degree murder charges in the January 24th killing of Andrew Allen Clary. According to the probable cause statement, Buchanan County deputies allege that Daron Simpson, 24, ran his vehicle into an overhead garage door at a residence to gain entry into the house, where he shot Clary and another victim who survived. Simpson fled the scene, then later turned himself in to law enforcement. Simpson’s arraignment is expected to take place Tuesday at 8:30 a.m.
