MOBERLY, Mo. – A fugitive from out of state is in custody, after the FBI in Omaha, Nebraska, informed local authorities Friday, the man was in the Moberly area.
A Moberly officer observed Isaiah Patterson riding in the passenger seat of a vehicle Friday evening. The vehicle was stopped near Morley Street and Union Avenue and Patterson taken into custody without incident. Patterson is wanted on a federal warrant for interstate trafficking a minor for sexual activity and a felony Iowa warrant for probation violation on charges of burglary and drug possession.
Patterson is at the Randolph County Jail, awaiting extradition.
