CASS COUNTY, Mo – A resident of Peculiar awaits formal charges after his arrest Sunday afternoon, October 9.

A vehicle stop in Cass County led to citations against James L. Thomas, 35, for leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident.  State troopers also believed Thomas was driving while intoxicated, failed to yield to an emergency vehicle, and was not in possession of a valid operator’s license.

He was taken to the Cass County Jail, and later, released.  No formal charges have yet been filed.
