A three-way collaboration between the University of Missouri, MU Extension, and the Community of Lexington is making way for an Audio Tour to promote economic development.

“That tour begins to capture a lot of Lexington’s history, not only from a written on paper with a map, but also one of the things that we’re doing is working with community members to create an audio piece,” said Porth.

He explains the finished product will be something that a person can utilize on their own time to learn about the rich history of the City of Lexington; either as a tourist or as resident who simply wants to know more about the community in which they live.
