The Livingston County Children’s Library is presenting their winter story time series “Baby It’s Cold Outside” January 7th through February 25th. The story time series will be held each at 11:00 a.m. each Tuesday at the library. A different winter theme will be presented each week and will include great stories, finger plays, movement and early literacy skills. The program will be approximately 30 minutes in length with a craft or activity available before or after the story time. The stories are targeted for children ages 2 through 5, but siblings, parents, grandparents and caregivers are more than welcome to attend as well. In the event that public school is closed on Tuesdays due to weather, story time will also be cancelled for that day.
“We try to rotate story times,” said Children’s Librarian, Candy Warren.”We run them two months on and two months off.”
