BELTON, Mo.– A Belton resident was taken into custody Thursday by the Cass County Sheriff’s Department. 
Andy L. Beck, 29, was arrested for one count of second degree burglary, and one count of unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.
A bond has been set at $15,000. Court proceedings are pending.
