A Kansas man facing three counts of first degree murder will be in a Clay Co. courtroom Thursday afternoon. 46-year-old Robert Blurton is accused in the death of the Luetjen family at their Cole Camp home during the summer of 2009. Blurton’s motions hearing starts at 1:30 p.m. He is also scheduled for a general case hearing on June 6th.
