The Richmond Board of Education is holding a public hearing Monday afternoon to consider former High School Principal Karen Southwick for a new position.  Board members voted in March 2011 not to renew Southwick’s contract.  She had been principal of Richmond High School for eight years before she was re-assigned to the District Office.  The board will consider reinstating Southwick when they meet at 4:00 p.m.  The public meeting is being held at the Richmond Middle School.
