A bond appearance hearing is set for Tuesday morning for a Salisbury man facing charges of child abuse and domestic assault.
Law enforcement alleged that Justin M. Henke engaged in the physical abuse of a 4-year-old victim at a Salisbury residence in July.

Henke is formally charged with abuse or neglect of a child and domestic assault in the second degree. He has bonded out of custody and awaits court dates.
The hearing is set for 9:00 a.m.
