Whitson faces charges of robbery, burglary, kidnapping, armed criminal action, and one lesser charge relating to events occurring at the start of the new year. The hearing gets underway at 10:30 a.m.
PETTIS COUNTY, Mo – A homeless man from Sedalia is facing five charges in Pettis County.
According to the Sedalia Police Department, Casey Whitson, 40, is facing 1st degree robbery, 1st degree burglary, 1st degree kidnapping, armed criminal action and 2nd degree property damage.
The charges stem from events on New Years Day.
