CARROLL COUNTY, Mo. – A Sedalia resident, formerly from Carrollton, appeared for a court hearing in Carroll County Thursday morning.

Joshua Vorwork, 37, is charged with habitual driving while intoxicated and first degree property damage, both felonies. Misdemeanor leaving the scene of an accident, failure to comply with ignition interlock requirement and driving while revoked or suspended. Vorwork was arrested by Carrollton Police after he allegedly crashed in Oak Hill Cemetery in February.

Vorwork entered a not guilty plea, was allowed a 10% of $10,000 cash bond and given a new court date on the 5th of June.
