Arguments were heard in Boone County, on the motion for Andrew Lawrence Barnette-Kruger, 25, to amend his $100.000 bond set after the September incident at Vogue. The prosecutor deferred to the court without objection and the judge sustained the motion. Barnette-Kruger is now eligible to post $25,000 cash or surety on charges of delivery of a controlled substance, two counts of unlawful use of a weapon and possession of drug paraphernalia.

A case review was then scheduled for November 22.
