CHARITON COUNTY, Mo. – A motion hearing has been scheduled next week, for a Salisbury man accused of child molestation and attempted statutory rape.
The Chariton County court will take up a motion for bond reduction filed by the attorney for Steven Tyler Greer, 19,. Greer and Michael L. Stoops, 18, were facing four felony counts each of statutory rape or attempted statutory rape in the first degree and first degree child molestation. Both men admitted to having intercourse with a 14 year old victim in April and May of 2017.
The hearing will take place at 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday, June 26. 2018.
