BOONE COUNTY, Mo. – A murder suspect is still at large and the Boone County Sheriff’s Department is asking for help to locate the individual.

Garland B. Wisley, 60, has been charged with murder in the second degree and armed criminal action in the January 13 shooting death of John R. Albers, 3.  Deputies responded to a home in the 200 block of Sarazen Drive, just after 7:00 p.m., for a report of a gunshot and found the victim deceased. An investigation determined the victim and Wisley was arguing just prior to the shooting. Wisley is a black male, 6 feet 2 inches tall, weighing about 220 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. CRIMESTOPPERS has offered a $1,000 reward for information leading to his capture.
