The Boone County Sheriff’s Department, Cyber Crimes Task Force arrested a Columbia man for alleged internet crimes involving a minor Friday morning. According to the press release, Michael S. Moore, 44, was taken into custody at a Columbia gas station where he believed he had enticed a 14 year old female from online to meet him. The contact was actually an undercover detective with the task force. The suspect is being held for attempted enticement of a child and attempted statutory rape 2nd. Bond has been set at $50,000.00, cash only.
