The Bothwell Lodge State Historic Site is having a movie under the stars on Saturday May 10 at 8:30 p.m. The movie showing will be “Babes In Arms,” a 1939 classic starring Judy Garland and Mickey Rooney. The event is free and visitors are encouraged to bring their own seating and their own snacks.

The public is invited to enjoy a night under the stars in front of the silver screen on Saturday, May 10. Sponsored by Missouri State Parks, Bijou at Bothwell Lodge State Historic Site will start at 8:30 p.m.

Visitors will enjoy a screening of the 1939 film, “Babes in Arms,” featuring the dynamic duo of Judy Garland and Mickey Rooney as children of travelling entertainers; when the kids are not included in their parents’ travels they set out to do a show of their own. Visitors are encouraged to bring their own seating and are reminded to dress appropriately for the weather.
