CALDWELL COUNTY, MO – A man charged with dumping a vehicle used by two Wisconsin brothers who are reported missing in Missouri was involved in a business arrangement with them, and another farmer.

Kansas dairy farmer, David Foster, said he bought 131 calves from Nelson, 100 of which, reportedly belonged to Nicholas and Justin Diemel. Nelson was to raise the calves and the farmers would split the cost after the animals were sold.

A bond hearing for Nelson Thursday was continued until Aug. 15 after he acquired the services of an attorney. He remains jailed in Caldwell County without bail.
