LIVINGSTON COUNTY, Mo. — Authorities in Livingston County are searching for a man wanted in connection with a stolen vehicle investigation.

According to the Livingston County Sheriff’s Office, deputies are assisting the Missouri State Highway Patrol in the hunt for a man near U.S. Highway 36 and LIV 408 in the Mooresville area.

The vehicle in question was stolen Wednesday morning in Chillicothe.

The man, who was not identified, is believed to be on foot at this time and law enforcement warn he may attempt to steal another vehicle.

An unnamed woman is in custody in connection with the incident.

Those in the area near Mooresville are encouraged to remain vigilant and report anyone on foot to the Livingston County Sheriff’s Office or by calling 911.
