SALINE COUNTY, Mo. – Kmzu has received word that a burning vehicle has caused a brush and grass fire on eastbound I-70 at mile marker 72, just 2 miles east of the EE and K interchange in Saline County.
The vehicle was reportedly engulfed in flames and ignited the surrounding brush and grass. Missouri State Highway Patrol has not yet arrived on scene to assess the situation. Those traveling in the area should use extreme caution.
