HOWARD COUNTY, Mo. – A pre-trial conference is scheduled today, July 12, for the store manager who’s bullying reportedly causing the suicide of Kenneth Suttner, 17, in 2016.
Harley K. Branham, 22, of Fayette is charged with felony aggravated stalking and two misdemeanor counts each of third degree assault and harassment. Charges were filed against Branham after the Howard County Coroner claimed the Dairy Queen manager and Glasgow School District were responsible for bullying that caused the suicide.
The pre-trial hearing is at 9:00 a.m. this morning, ahead of the July 29, 2019 jury trial.
